Living at the Residence Club in Brick, NJ, is one of the best accommodations I have lived in. I have been residing here for eight years, and they have never disappointed me. During COVID-19, I lost my job and was having a rough time financially. After explaining my issue, the JMC group did not have a problem with helping me out and came up with relief measures to support me and my family. A significant part of living in this apartment is that they are very organized and are always clean from the outside of the property to the inside; they are very hygienic and provide great cleanliness. They keep updating the building in a timely manner. The location of this apartment is also very lively and has essential stores within walking distance. They have an excellent parking privilege for guests as well as residents. Living in the Residence Club is an ideal accommodation and has a great overall experience. They are swift in resolving maintenance issues if there are any. They demonstrated a great example of change management by adopting an online portal for residents' daily routines. Hi. I would like to Thank all of you for making me and my parents living in a clean and safe environment. I wish we can stay longer but new opportunities came. My name is Phyllis S. and I’ve been a tenant in apartment 211 at the Residence Club / New Visions in Brick, New Jersey since October 2015. As a matter of fact, I was the very first tenant to ever move into the building. I am now moving due to family obligations, but I’ll always remember living here with a smile.

If the office is called about a problem, you get an immediate call back from your leasing agent who always has a big smile for everyone. I don’t drive and everything is a few steps away - pharmacy, supermarket, department stores, hair salons - it’s a perfect location.

Living alone I always enjoyed the comfort of cameras in the hallway and elevator.

The building owner has always made sure the hallways and stairs are vacuumed and mopped as is the elevator. The elevator walls are even shined. We throw our trash into dumpsters and those areas are kept swept and clean. When it snows the building owner has the plows coming immediately to ensure that the tenants can safely get to their jobs. 

When you go into the leasing office everyone greets you politely and no request or complaint is ignored.

I have enjoyed my seven years here and who knows? I could wind up being back here someday.

These apartments are really like owning your own condo. The quality, the appliances, the service, is topnotch commuting is easy, there are great shopping options right here in the building.

I did a lot of apartment shopping prior to The Residence Club, but I didn’t get that “home” type feeling until I walked into the unit that I am currently living in. I absolutely love living here. I have been here since the very beginning, and probably the last tenant to move into the 2nd floor. The rooms are quite large for an apartment, as many of my guests have told me. I do a lot of entertaining, and having an ample amount of space is important. Another huge plus is the walking distance to the shopping area of Kohls, Marshalls, Shoprite etc. Being that all the appliances are Energy Efficient, my bills are quite low for Electric, Gas, and Water. Grounds are always kept clean, and the Leasing Office Staff respond immediately if you ever have a question or situation that needs to be addressed. Our landlord will always make sure everything was taken care of with a follow up email or phone call. If anything needs to be repaired, Bob will always be at your door when he says he will be, ready to assess what will need to be done. I will always recommend this location!!!!

I’m 70 years old but not ready for assisted living. I love that I can go get my lab work right here, as Quest is in the building, and I can walk right over to Shoprite to get my groceries, so I don’t need a car anymore. This place is the perfect size, and I’m pleased to say that my neighbors have become my friends.

The Residence Club is a great apartment complex. I originally moved into a two-bedroom apartment with my dog, and the apartments are so beautiful and spacious. I am very grateful they don’t have restrictions on dog sizes because most other apartment complexes have restrictions on size, but I couldn’t imagine being without my girl. It’s great to see other dog owners and dogs here as well. Upon the completion of my lease, I knew I wanted to stay in the building, so I downsized to a one-bedroom apartment. There is something for everyone here! The location is perfect… everything you could need is close by, with the local ShopRite in walking distance. Everyone is so friendly, including the Leasing Office and maintenance staff! I highly recommend The Residence Club!

The Residence Club was perfect for the short term lease that my husband and I needed while we were looking for a permanent home. The apartment was very roomy and the convenient storage closet in the hallway was an extra bonus. The location is within walking distance to numerous stores by just crossing a parking lot. The building is well secured and maintained with prompt attention to any concerns or problems. It was a pleasure working with Marisa G. in the leasing office who would always follow up on any of our questions.
